The two ladies who I had contact with were called Carol and Linda, they were remarkable, I felt Andrew was in very caring safe hands, they made time for me and my cousin nothing was to much trouble, they thought at first I was advised not to see Andrew, but then another lady Called Grace got involved, and together they made it possible for me to see my brother and he looked perfect, without a doubt angels without wings are these ladies, i spent as long as I wanted with him and was offered such kindness I will never forget, do
