From the moment we walked in we were welcomed as family by John and the team, we could really feel the sympathy and understanding John and his team had for us having lost such an important person in our family.

Elaine showed the utmost professionalism, sympathy and respect, and we also enjoyed laughs with her along the way which was much appreciated at such a difficult time. If you're looking for an excellent funeral director, look no further, they were brilliant. Chris Parsons dealt with the family throughout the whole process, with kindness and compassion. He went above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for him. From collecting floral tributes out of hours from our home and taking them to the funeral home. After the funeral I left my hymn book at the church, Chris personally picked it up and delivered it to my home. We cannot thank Chris enough. He was simply brilliant.
