We had used Mason and Stokes before when my Mum passed away. So when my dear Stepfather passed away suddenly a month ago, we called upon them again.
Everyone I had contact with was comforting, reassuring and knowledgeable. They are a family business and that really shone through.
We dealt mainly with Jess. She was so fabulous; keeping me up to date with my options and choices.
The whole cremation went smoothly from start to finish and even though we still have to inter the ashes, I’m confident this will also be straight forward.

We have just had the most awful experience of our parents dying within weeks of each other. We were arranging dad's funeral and then mum passed away too. Mason and Stokes were so empathetic and dealt with the double funeral for our parents. They guided us through and helped us arrange a beautiful service and burial. Julian and the team at Mason & Stokes provided a direct cremation service for our husband/dad/grandad.
