Mark led the process with a very professional but caring attitude. From collecting my loved one to the final day of the cremation, they explained step by step how everything was going to go. On behalf of the entire Blomer family, we cannot thank all of the staff at Alexander Burns enough for their hard work, dedication, support and dignity during the hardest time of our lives. We sadly lost my father in law suddenly. And without hesitation Sabrina saw us with a quick appointment to discuss everything with no obligation to use their services. But how could we not? She was fantastic. Even with a long PM wait, Sabrina checked in every day (and didn’t mind my daily phone calls) nothing was too much trouble and supported us with the upmost hardest decisions.

Alexander Burn were absolutely incredible throughout the process of preparing for my Dad's funeral, which was held yesterday.
When I first spoke with them, they used the phrase "taking your Dad into our care" and that instantly made me realise how caring they were at such a sensitive time. I had never organised a funeral or done anything like this before, so I was inherently grateful.
