Having never dealt with arranging a funeral my family and I were feeling overwhelmed and daunted to say the least. Will came to our home and explained everything step by step. He was polite, respectful and put us at ease immediately.
He lifted a mountain of worry from our shoulders and when he left everything was completely organised. We also met with Ewan the celebrant who just has an aura of calmness surrounding him.
