Co-Op Gloucester were exceptional helping to arrange my dads funeral over the last month, Una and Anne were brilliant and dealt with everything in a compassionate and caring way. The whole process from the first phonecall to the day of the funeral was smooth and that cannot be understated in a time of grieving and mourning. After the sudden death of my mother, I had a number of recommendations for this branch of Co-operative funeral care, I'm only 34 so it was all a bit daunting trying to not only sort out my mums funeral but also give her the best send off as possible.
I spoke to Lynn on the phone then the next morning met to go through everything, she was exceptional and went above and beyond. After we made our arrangements any questions or queries I had she was there numerous times on the end of the phone, I would have been lost without her.

We contacted coop funeral care on Barton Street, Gloucester to arrange my mums funeral. From the first phone call where I spoke to Jordan, to them visiting to make all the arrangements ( also Jordan ) right through chapel of rest, funeral flowers, cars literally everything that is involved they handled with just complete professionalism. It just took so much stress of us in difficult times that everything was being handled and the funeral itself went exactly as we wished we can’t thank them enough.
Special mention has to go to Jordan who we stayed in contact with almost daily and nothing was t
