What can I say about this company except that they are outstanding. From start to finish, James, the funeral director, was professional and empathetic, very understanding, and extremely helpful. He also listened to me when I was just waffling on whilst crying. He took so much of the stress away for me and my mum, and the funeral was flawless with the help of him and his team, who were also very polite and professional.
