From start to finish, immediate:care, thought, empathy' and absolutely outstanding professionalism at every stage. I have used this service three times, and every time the delivery of service is to me just 'Perfect'. All staff are absolutely amazingly nice just always meeting our needs despite how 'last minute' I can be, none of the staff ever made me feel 'rushed' or not heard, I felt valued and most importantly so did each of my family members whom were being buried. The integrity and attention to detail towards the deceased is what made me and my family know we chose the right organisation
