I cannot recommend Louise highly enough. She handled my mother’s funeral with outstanding compassion, warmth, and sensitivity when I was incredibly vulnerable and dealing with PTSD. I used Louise when my dad passed away in December. She was amazing throughout the whole process!! This was the first funeral I've had to arrange so needed my hand holding throughout the process which Louise was happy to do.
