Micheal and his team are amazing from start to finish. I don't know what I would of done without Michael's guidance. Micheal took great care in looking after my beautiful mum, he is considerate, empathetic, kind, compassionate, and very informative and my late mum would of loved him, as so did we as a family. Micheal is very organised, and kept me informed throughout the weeks leading up to the actual day., and there's aftercare to follow, which without a doubt will be the same. We followed mums wishes for a no fuss unattended cremation. some family members struggled with this idea as they felt it wasn't a proper send off. I don’t even know where to begin with how to describe how incredible Michael and the team at Harold P Heywood are. We lost our beautiful dad at home, and in under an hour Darren and Craig had arrived despite it being nearly 10pm. They greeted dad and spoke to him with such care, and despite it being a tricky removal, they brought him downstairs and into the transport vehicle with so much respect. We then received a call from Michael the following day, and it was Michael that then saw us through to dad’s day. An absolute gentleman and someone who was able to turn the most devastating situation
