Paul, Laura and the team recently supported us to arrange my mum’s funeral. From the moment we contacted them, they were kind, understanding and utterly professional. Everything was clearly explained, we were helped to make choices for the service and the fees were very clear. I felt that mum was treated with care and respect in the time she was with them.
