From the moment we informed Co-op funeral directors about the passing of our late brother Stephen we had our own dedicated person to go to, Diana. Diana was absolutely amazing from the start of organising Stephens funeral to the end. Despite Stephens already having a funeral plan, Diana filled in the gaps..Nothing was to much trouble. She went above and beyond. Her empathy and compassion was amazing..Diana designed Stephens order of service like he wrote it himself, being a massive man united and elvis fan. He would have loved it... Thank you so much Diana - we really can't thank you enoug

I wanted to bring him home so my son in law took m

I would just like to say that our experience of the Co-op funeral care was brilliant. Diana showed empathy and was professional in all her dealings with us. Our brother Steve died on 15/12/25 and could not have his funeral until 16/1/26 so they have had to care for us through Christmas and into the new year. We were treated at all times with compassion and thoughtfulness and with dignity and respect. Also Diana went above and beyond personalising the order of service with Man Utd logos and pictures of Elvis Presley which was Steve's big loves in life, also the hearse staff wearing Man Utd sca

Co-Op funeral care carried out my mums funeral. Diana was the main contact and was very professional in every detail, she worked very closely with me and all our family. Diana made sure every detail was sorted out to perfection and showed empathy at all times from the beginning to the end taking all the stress away. On the day Amanda Sales was the funeral director and she carried out our mums funeral with respect and dignity, as did all staff on the we laid our mum to rest
