Liv at the Droylsden Branch was kind, respectful and understanding throughout. She really made me feel at ease at such a difficult time. David also was very supportive. It would have been a 5 star had it not been for quite a serious case of miscommunication with another member of staff regarding the wording on the plaque of the coffin. Other than that they have been brilliant.
