Excellent service. I wanted just a simple funeral for my brother Alan, and Jayne the funeral arranger at Wythenshawe went through the options and little details with me in a friendly relaxed way. Alan was let's say a one of a kind, liked his own company, but could be very funny in some of his ways. Jayne and I even had a bit of a giggle as I was waffling on about some of his antics from long ago. Louise was amazing. She made the whole process a lot easier for us. She gave excellent advice, was very respectful and made us feel like she really cared about the funeral we wanted for mum.
