Dealing with arranging a funeral in the midst of bereavement is such a daunting task. We would like to thank Michelle, Lucy and all the team at Co-op Funeralcare in Chorlton-cum-Hardy and Baguley for their superb support, care and compassion throughout the entire process. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to David Qualter for delivering such a lovely and meaningful service.

I lost my son in very sad circumstances, and I cannot put into words how grateful I am to the team at Chorlton Co-op for the way they cared for him, and for us, during this heartbreaking time. From their sensitivity to the attention to every detail, they went above and beyond to make an unbearable situation just a little more bearable. I want to mention Michelle in particular. She treated my son with such dignity and respect, honouring him in his transition to a place elsewhere. The compassion she showed and the care she gave meant everything to me. She ensured that, even in death, he was sur

Wonderful experience with the Coop Funeral care in Chorlton. Lost my lovely mam this year and they were Wonderful throughout. Michelle, Lucy, and their respective colleagues were fantastic. Everything was arranged efficiently and with compassion. We used them for my lovely dad who passed during lockdown and again, they were Wonderful. Thank you for making a horrible sad time just that little bit easier. Lynn. Xx

I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience throughout the whole process. All of the team at Chorlton are so lovely and so helpful. They guided me through everything I needed to do from the the first telephone call until after the funeral. I was never rushed. I never felt like I was dealing with a corporation, but instead a very local, personal service through every step. My only criticism, and it is in no way a reflection of the staff but of the Co-op, is the location. For parking and ease of access it is bad. I would imagine for older, less ambulant people it's a bit of a nightmare.
