Nothing was too much trouble when my farther died, my mum just wanted to sit with him and care for him she was lost, the time and compassion they showed her, the patience and kindness went above and beyond. They read people well and my brother and I even shared a few laughs with Francesca who has a similar sense of humour to me. When you are deeply sad and grieving it is such a comfort to smile again, something my dad would have wanted and would have laughed too at our conversation. Thank you for the honour and respect you showed James Bulmer in our final tribute to him.

I can not thank Paula and the Co-op enough for the way she dealt with me and my sister. This was the first time we have had to handle a Funeral and was unsure what to do.
