The team at the Swinton branch were absolutely amazing, providing compassionate support whilst making the arrangements for my sister’s funeral. They provided regular communication and kept me fully updated. The warmth that Carriages emanated left me with a feeling of calmness and a trust that my sister would be cared for and treated with dignity which she was. It was Carl looking after us on the day of her funeral and I had asked for it to be a celebration of her life…. I couldn’t recommend Carriages in Swinton enough, the last month and half has been the worst time of my life and I didn’t think I would have been able to get through it let alone organise anything but Chloe and the team were amazing and they made everything run so smoothly and really looked after me in the process of it all. When it came to the day I was so happy with everything it all went exactly how I wanted it to go so my dad had the send off he deserved and I just want to thank you to Chloe and the team for being a part of making that happen. You all do such a good job.
