Had the worst experience with this company for my mother’s funeral.. terrible communication leading to a very stressful time. To top everything we struggled to hear the funeral directors speaker playing the chosen music in the church after being assured it would be loud enough. After the service the Hearst and funeral car sped off to the cemetery leaving other cars to find their own way! Shambles from start to finish.. would not recommend this company.
