Organising Dad’s funeral is one of the most important things we will ever do. We wanted everything to be perfect, so that we properly honoured him and brought ourselves comfort from knowing that we did right by him. Michelle (Rochdale branch) helped us honour our Dad in the exact way we hoped for. We thank her for her professionalism, compassion, expertise, and patience.
