I can highly recommended Bridgefird / Barlow funeral care . I can honestly say from my first telephone conversation with Chloe . And then with Becky .Amanda And the staff ! We as a family received the very best care , advice, and excellent service for our late dad . Nothing was too much trouble everything I asked for they did very professionally. And with dignity. I personally couldn’t have asked for anything or anyone better . Once again we sincerely thank you From Mr C Blackburns Family .

I and the family cannot fault Bridgfords (and Barlows). We were met with a thoroughly compassionate yet happy staff member in Becky. Sadly she had to leave due to sickness. We were transferred to Barlows still Swinton where we met Mathew. What a professional. Who couldn't empathise with him? He truly deserves all the praise in this difficult time. He exemplifies professionalism yet has an understanding and dare I say a compassionate but somewhat funny approach which keeps you both sad but cheerful through the whole process. Everyone needs a 'Mathew' - he really does a good job but more impor

When my father passed away a month ago, we asked Sam to arrange his funeral. She was the ultimate professional, knowing just what to say to my devastated mum who had been with my dad for 63 years. She explained everything in detail and was patient and empathetic. Sam guided us through all the paperwork and explained everything to us. I knew that my dad would be well looked after. On the day of the funeral, Sam and Steve took exceptional care of all of us, especially my mum who is disabled. Steve who drove us to dad's funeral know exactly what to say to my mum and the rest of the family. My mum

I recently attended my dear friends Mums funeral and was very impressed with the kind, caring and sympathetic way in which arrangements were handled. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were very sensitive and professional at a highly emotional time. The attention to small detail was second to none. This allowed my friend and her family to celebrate the life of their loved one with peace of mind. Thank You.

In May this year my father in law passed away suddenly leaving us all in shock. My partner Sue had used Bridgefords some years ago for her mother’s funeral and was very happy with their services. When we visited Sam and her team we were welcomed with a sympathetic and caring approach. They were kind and helpful in the organising all the details of the funeral and arranging the collection of Bills body to the point of advising it best we remembered him as we last saw him. Sam gave us the offer of using a celebrant instead of a vicar everyone said what a lovely service he gave. Sue was very touch
