After the passing of our beloved mum, we already knew that mums wishes were for us to take her to Walsh's. From the first phone call we felt listened to and comfortable that mum was going to be looked after. Stacey explained the whole process and was sensitive to our wishes when making the arrangements. She has a very calm, sensitive and caring manner and looked after us all on the day of the funeral and kept us informed. Rachel dealt with me from the start and was so very caring and helpful. Due to the coroner being involved the arrangements where difficult for me but Rachel made it so much easier.
