From the first contact with the Coop Funeralcare, The Heatons after Sue Downey my sister passed away all the staff namely Florence, Mikala and Peter treated us with nothing but care and compassion. From the moment i contacted the funeral home we felt that our loved one was in safe hands. The staff there: David, John, Peter & the office staff were very helpful & friendly. Bank sent cheque to cover cost of cremation, claimed it never arrived. Bank confirmed cheque sent and correct address - lost in post? Bank sent second cheque. Got phone call to say cremation would be on 10/03/25 several days later got phone call to say cremation would be on 18/03/25. Ashes not available for collection yet - 26/03/25.
