Really not sure why they have such bad reviews because I found them nothing but kind and helpful from the start.
Helped my dad arrange the funeral for my gran and they were patient and informative. We spoke with a few people but mainly Dan and John who were both so nice and professional.

Not with 1 star...they let me down with what I asked for my beloved mum...had to move her to another funeral service...then John the manager wouldn't let us have the slot they booked for cremation of mum...had to go through it all again and change funeral date...what an arrogant disrespectful man...no thoughts or feelings for our family who are grieving for our lovely mum...think again before you use these...

I wouldnt even rate this a 1 star, absolutley disgusting the way me and my family have been treated and the guy called john there has no respect what so ever, had to move my nan to another funeral directors what a joke.
