Recently used the services of Kanes and have to say I'm disappointed. My dad passed away and when taken into their care and told we could view him in the Chapel of rest we imagined he would be kept cool and brought out when wanting to be viewed. This wasn't the case as I've experienced with other funeral homes. My dad was practically left to decompose in the coffin, with a small air con unit to cool. The room appeared to be a stud wall and not really what I was expecting. As a result 2 members of family didn't get to see dad in a good state (if that is possible in the circumstances) We also pr
