12 months ago our beautiful mum Jean was released from her long dementia nightmare. Marcia and Sarah are truly amazing women.They created the most peaceful space for us to visit mum.They listened carefully when we spoke about mum and so quickly understood who she was and were then able to lovingly guide us to create the perfect signature send off mum deserved .Their ideas were inspiring, attention to detail incredible and nothing was too much trouble. We chose signature because it was a small independent company, and we weren’t disappointed. Marcia and her team were wonderful. Always available to answer any questions. Marcia was very positive and would do anything we asked for nothing was too much trouble. On the day of Jim’s funeral she was wonderful and made what was a very difficult time easier. She even remembered to put a city scarf on the coffin. I would say she went the extra mile! Thank you Marcia Marie

Thankfully planning for the passing of a loved one doesn’t happen very often, but when that time comes it can be unbelievably overwhelming, and there is no bigger decision than who will be trusted with the funeral arrangements and most importantly caring for your loved one after life.
