Positives: ....They were professional and efficient with the funeral arrangements.
She did look beautifull and at peace!
Negatives: I had to book each time I wanted to see my loved one. Then I had to specify how long I wanted to spend with her.
Each time I visited..they explained how she is looking different due to decomposition and the longer she's out of the chiller it would get worse. Meaning they was trying to get me to spend less time with her.
She didn't have her own chapel room like most funeral homes would offer. They have one chapel room. And they used to tell me I had to stick to
