They took advantage of my family at a really difficult time. We shared what we wanted the order of service to look like and they offered a choice of designs from which we selected one. They then forced us to pay for both or they wouldn't proceed with the funeral arrangements. They added extra stress to the passing of my dad because of their greed and only seemed to care about money, not my family. I will never use them again or recommend to anyone.
