Eric organised my Nana's funeral. He really understood the loss that the family had just under taken. He came straight away to collect my Nana from the nursing home. We then traveled with him to the funeral home where my Nana rested until the day of the funeral. The family visited my Nana during this time and it was no trouble at all for the chapel to be made available at Any time.
