I recently used Aidan following the recent loss of my mum, and having never had to deal with organising anything like this before - Aidan was on hand to offer advice and guidance throughout. We were first invited down to the funeral home to discuss how we would like the funeral to run e.g. was there a theme we wanted, music choices etc. and all the other bits that I hadn’t even began to think about such as order of service booklets!
