Well what can we say about coop funeral care in broadheath. From the moment we phoned them to arrange a funeral for our lovely son all the way through to the planning and the arrangements for our sons funeral day, it was the best experience we have ever had. Preparations before the funeral (in December 2024) were handled very well by Helen, but on the day the car for the principal mourners was ten minutes late (very nerve-racking at a particularly tense moment), and on return from the crematorium to the reception the driver was unsure of the route at one point and had to be directed. Full payment in advance was required.
