Zara has been absolutely fantastic throughout planning my nannas funeral, couldnt recommend her enough. From the moment we called she showed compassion and was quickly able to arrange an appointment. Having never had to arrange a funeral before she explained everything thoroughly, she kept us informed about any updates, as their had been issues within the family she even ensured only those with a password we set could contact and discuss the funeral arrangements/chapel of rest.
