Back in August we lost a very dear friend and he left us in charge of his funeral. We tried a few of the bigger places but nothing stood out to us. Sam at eternal family funerals has been amazing. Our son died in Malaysia and when we flew him home things were complicated, due to this we had to wait 4 months before we could have his funeral but Sam was always there throughout the process. The compassion and respect he showed us throughout and on the day of our sons funeral means so much to us. Nothing was too much trouble and Sam was always there if I needed him for anything. At a time where you need understanding and support, Sam did it all. If unfortunately you should ever need a funeral directors I would definitely recommend eternal fam
