Brian Sharples handled my mother's funeral today, I cannot thank Elaine enough along with all her staff, from start to finish it was handled to perfection. I can say with hand on my heart it was done with so much respect and dignity they made all family members feel important they were so patient whilst we fumbled around,. Respect, Honour & Caring. When the day came, we needed a funeral director. I looked on Google and found the closest to my house. However, there are a million reasons to choose Brian Sharples and Son. On our Day. I made the call and spoke to a gentleman - I think he is called Paul. From that moment I knew my Mum was in safe hands. The Respect and Sympathy I received put me at ease. He told me when our undertaker would arrive and he did. This is when I met Jonathan. Such a caring soul. I honestly believe he felt my pain to match his. He told me he would look after my Mum and that's what he did
