I can't express my gratitude highly enough for Trish and the rest of the staff here. From the very first contact I was reassured and cared for beautifully. They go above and beyond, are so respectful, comforting, caring and kind. It's a comfort to know my precious Mum was in such good hands 🙏 and that she had a truly beautiful send off that was simply perfect for her 💐 Much love and thanks x

Many thanks for the professional, kind and highly organised way you handled my mum's funeral. Peter, you were a safe pair of hands on a difficult day.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, he had told my brother he would have to ‘trim’ one of the chosen songs and chose the only one that wasn’t instrumental, a song written by a man who had lost his mum it was the most appropriate song and he cut it off after one minute, when we should have been reflecting on mums life. “Don’t worry I was told, on two separate occasions, we won’t use him again for 12 months. So why was Neil
