This was a dreadful time after losing my Dad. Andrea and Chris were lovely. They dealt with all our families needs for the funeral with compassion, empathy and patience, taking a lot of the worry and stress away from us. Everything was dealt with professionally, with all our requirements and wishes carried out. On the day of the funeral the hearse was beautiful and the undertakers smart, dealing with everything perfectly. Even when my Dad was collected from the carehome the two men who came were sympathetic and caring. We couldn't have wished for better service. Thank you all at Ben Lloyd.

Ben Lloyd were arranging the funeral for my late mother. I worked closely with Chris & Andrea at Ben Lloyd as well as David (the Humanist). I cannot speak more highly of these people. They have all treated us with such grace at the most difficult time of our lives.
