I made a call late on a Tuesday evening to Ian Mann's and from there to the end , the service was first class. I was guided from start to finish with the amazing staff from Katie in the office who made sure I was informed all the way about everything to Julia coming talking to me step by step through the order of the service. Ian Mann on the day showed so much respect and professionalism it made everything so much calmer and easier at a difficult time of losing Mum. Losing one's father at the time we did caused a lot of pain and distress for myself and family. Given that my parents had lived in Bramhall for over 50 years it was important to the family that Dad was brought back to Bramhall prior to the funeral service so that Mum and other family members could visit easily if they so wished.
