At one of the most stressful times in life, you need a Funeral Directors you can be confident will carry out your loved ones wishes. This was a prepaid plan which took a lot of strain off our shoulders. John Brierleys was excellent in everything they did, showing compassion, understanding and empathy throughout. From the first meeting with Nikki, to the funeral itself directed by Kelly the Funeral Director, the whole process was faultless and we couldn't recommend Brierleys highly enough, especially in the undecided areas of arranging the funeral, where their expertise and considered advice
