★☆☆☆☆ A 1* is generous. My mum died in March 2025. My mum’s ashes were interred on 27 September alongside my dad who died in 2010. Blackwell & Moody had removed the headstone prior to this and assured me that they would add my mum’s name to the headstone immediately afterwards. I went today 22 October 2025 to visit my mum and dad’s grave. There was no gravestone. I had to contact B&W. Vicky was helpful but led me to believe that the headstone was there. I walked over to check whether I was going mad. It wasn’t there. 2 lovely members of the company came over to ‘find’ the stone. It wasn’t there. T
★☆☆☆☆ My dad died 25 years ago and the headstone took ages and then they engraved the wrong month he was born they changed it but still 25 years on and still find it upsetting as you can still see how they messed it up. ́No remorse given on their part.
