My husband was at home on end of life care. He wished to have a no fuss cremation and after discussing our options, we decided to go with Celebration of Life, and I’m so glad we did!
I dealt mainly with Shona ( customer care manager) and from my initial contact with the company and throughout, she was very supportive and caring, at what is such a difficult time.
I also spoke with Jake and Rebecca, but could always ask for Shona, if she was on duty.
We went with an “as needed” cremation, but left all required details, to make it easier when my husband passed away. When he sadly died, and I call

I highly recommend Celebration Of Life when dealing with the loss of a loved one. They handled my fathers cremation with care & consideration and helped us through a very difficult time with kindness. Jennifer was so helpful & respectful. You helped make a terrible time easier, thank you.

Rebecca and her colleagues made the most difficult time of my life so much easier thanks to their kindness, humanity, flexibility, and availability. I felt guided every step of the way, and if I ever had a question - I was able to reach someone via phone/email straight away. I appreciated that each colleague I spoke to, referred to my mum by her name, and they made sure to offer support wherever possible. My entire family have been grateful to Celebration of Life, and my grandfather has now taken out a policy with them based on our experience.

But after speaking to the staff on the calls I was so impressed. At no point did I not know where my dad was , they let me know the cremation time and date. They hand delivered his ashes to me in a beautiful box, the lady that delivered them was so lovely, kind and compassionate.
I also received a certificate stating a tree would be planted in my dads honour at a national trust that was in
