David is so compassionate, caring and certainly pays attention to details and the personal touches. We choose Waters & Sons for my Mother-in-laws funeral in June having previously using their services for my Mother. Their compassion and empathy is second to none. Charlie, Liza & David and the team helped us all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. Charlie even phoned us just to see how we were doing, such a personal touch at a such difficult time. We couldn’t have wished for a better send off, for my brother.
Charlie and her team were fantastic from start to finish, my brother requested that he be transported to his funeral in the back of his friend’s truck, Charlie as his friend liaised to ensure this happened.
I then requested that we have a classic car convoy to follow the truck… which Charlie accommodated, more cars than expected turned up, but Charlie took this in her stride… the hearse blocking junctions to ensure the convoy could stay together, to honor my brother.
