I can't recommend the North Baddesley branch enough. They have been so attentive to our needs. My father was collected promptly and prepared so well for the chapel of rest - such a personal touch to what is a very hard and sad time. Nothing was too much trouble, every request was met - Graham and Lucy really know what they are doing which gave such reassurance on what was a very difficult day for us as a family. Loosing a family member is one of the hardest things you will ever go through in life. It is a time where you are unable to see past the pain. However having such an amazing funeral directors looking after you and organising the funeral relieves so much stress which isn’t needed at the time.
