Fantasic service from start to finish.
Sue in the office was excellent and very helpful taking us through the process in this difficult time, and Neil the head funeral director was outsanding in leading us through the service on the day from collecting us to dropping us off at the wake. Victoria Welsley the celebrante was amazimg from the first meeting at home helping us choose the words to say goodbye and to the wonderful service she lead on the day. Beavis have been very professional and respectful throught this trying time, with all members of staff a delight to deal with.

Mum bought a funeral plan in advance and when she died the fantastic team in the Totton branch made a sad, difficult time much more bearable. Sue in the office was so helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble and she also advised us on dealing with my late Dad's ashes which we were so grateful for. Victoria Wesley, the celebrant who took Mums service, was professional, empathic and supportive, the service was beautiful. Julie and her colleagues looked after us on the day and put us at our ease. Sue Hurst arranged our Mum’s recent funeral. Sue did a fantastic job making a tough time more bearable. She is professional, warm and caring. Ray the Funeral Director and team were very courteous and professional when taking Mum and our family to and from the crematorium.
Martin the reverend was also fantastic, he came and saw me and my sisters to get the details about who Mum really was in life. When he conducted the cremation ceremony, he totally did Mum proud. He also made a very sad day for all of us bearable.
