Kellie is the most wonderful, sincere, genuinely interested solely in your needs and wants for the funeral of your loved one. She has made me relax from the minute I contacted her in one of the most traumatic upsetting times of my life. I never realised the amount of time and decisions that had to be made in order for a funeral to take place. I would strongly suggest that people make their own funeral plans and costs in advance so that the remaining people who have to deal with it have as little to do as possible because it is so upsetting to their loved ones.
