Having to deal with losing a loved one is the hardest challenge you will face , so the last thing you want to deal with is funeral arrangements, but I can’t speak highly enough of Lisa at Cowplain co-operative funeral care, Lisa is the most caring person you could meet , The support and care she gave to my family was unbelievable, Everything was sorted and as hard as it was it was made easier by this wonderful professional lady. Lisa Scott was our main contact at Coop Cowplain. We found her to be professional and efficient, whilst always maintaining a compassionate and warm attitude.
On the day of the funeral, the staff were very attentive, efficient and professional.
On the whole, we thought that the service provided by Coop Cowplain was very good and helped us through a difficult time with a minimum of fuss.
