Our beautiful boy Vinnie passed away on the 26/5/26 at home surrounded by love. The colour from our lives has diminished, Vinnie was the most gentle, happy, funny, smart and loving little soul and we were so blessed to have him in our lives for nearly 16 years. He was so loved.
I want to thank everyone at Final Rest for making Vinnie's passing as comfortable and as peaceful as could be. When Ben arrived Vinnie greeted him and then proceeded to lay down next to him and fall asleep. This was very unusual for Vinnie ( not knowing Ben ) and in my heart I know that he sensed Ben was there to help

Thank you, Final Rest, it's taken me 7 months to write this review because I am beyond devastated I haven't been able to find the strength until now to type this without crying my eyes out! we lost our beloved dog Teddy he was the world to us. He was 14.5 years old Jack Russell cross poodle beautiful boy. Teddy passed away in our garden with me and my partner at 7.30am on 20/06/25 it was hard, but we felt it was his time to go, and he was at peace laying on the grass looking up at the sky. I had called Final rest two days before and spoke to the lovely Fern, explained that Teddy was petrified

I didn’t realise such a thing existed until our vet informed us about home euthanasia.
Our beautiful Teddy had a heart condition but on top of that was diagnosed with lymphoma so we only had 4 more precious weeks with him.
When I called Final Rest and explained everything, Lauren was so kind and sympathetic on the phone. She informed me who and what time they would be calling out.
Closer to the arrival I was messaged to let me know that Ben would be with us in 15 minutes time.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful Bella after a sudden cancer diagnosis and a very short prognosis. She was the centre of our world, so *so* loved and also very anxious at the vets, so we knew that saying goodbye at home was the only right choice for her.
Sophie was incredibly kind, compassionate, and gentle with both Bella and our whole family. She spent time giving Bella lots of strokes before the process began, helping her feel calm and safe.
