On visiting the office to discuss funeral arrangements, Anthony was equally friendly and compassionate. He was very respectful and professional and we were able to discuss plans for our dad's funeral in a friendly and un-hurried manner. Everything was explained thoroughly, there were lots of choices to make the funeral exactly as we wanted. We were able to contact them at any time if we had any queries.
