She made a very difficult job much easier for us. She treated our loved one like someone she knew and that meant the world to us. Nothing was too big or too small. Claire at Botley handled the funeral and arrangements for our late father and I have to say she really does address the detail as you would expect from a family member or friend rather than a business.
