My Dad had already decided that he wanted Paul Capper to arrange my Mum's funeral as he had attended a funeral arranged by Paul some time ago and was very impressed by it.
I have to say it was undoubtedly the right decision. From the start Paul was professional kind and extremely caring. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the whole process or us all to deal with.

A H Freemantle were recommended to us after the death of our 6 year old son. They were fantastic, very supportive and no question was left unanswered or batted away. They were completely flexible on how we wanted to do things, even going as far as customising the clothes and accessories they wore on the day of the funeral at our request.

I just wanted to say how fantastic Paul and his team were when we were organising Mum's funeral. They were compassionate and professional at all times and we were so pleased we chose them to help us say our final goodbyes. They guided us all the way and provided much needed support to us all.
