They are sooo kind but professionally detached.
so meticulous even down to checking recent rd closures and actually meeting with the road works team to explain that a funeral procession would be passing them that day .
The two white horse and the splendid glass carriage-hurst were amazing and the horses were so well behaved .
You might have believed they had even had a word to get the weather as well :)
