Anna, Paula and Neil couldn't have been a better team. From start to finish we felt we were in safe hands. They skillfully guided us through everything with great compassion and professionalism. They suggested a celebrant and he was exceptional.....his name was Richard and he helped us put together a truly special tribute to Mum. We were treated with such kindness throughout from everyone involved.

I am not going to rate below five stars as Anna and Paula were both very lovely to deal with. As this was a direct cremation, as per my mother's wishes, but not necessarily that of the family's wishes, it was very difficult to get through the process without feeling quite lost due to some of the communication. As a family, we wanted to be together to receive the call that the cremation had taken place, I had tried to get a timeframe for this call but was told that information couldn't be given out, and I asked if as I had been told the cremation would take place in the morning, should I expect
